各二级培养单位、研究生导师、研究生：
根据《中国矿业大学研究生学籍管理规定》第九条：“每学年第一学期开学后两周内，研究生应按学校规定在研究生培养管理系统中提交学籍注册申请”、第十条：“研究生应在每学年第一学期进行注册时，按照有关要求先缴清学费等费用”。为做好2022-2023学年注册工作，现将有关事项通知如下：
一．注册对象
在读研究生（含学历教育研究生、非学历教育研究生）。已办理保留学籍、休学的研究生无需注册。
二．注册时间
2022年8月8日-2022年9月5日，逾期本学年不再开发注册系统。
注册系统学期选择：2022-2023第一学期。
三．注册要求
1. 每学年第一学期注册，每学年只需注册一次。
2. 注册前研究生应缴清所有历史欠缴学费等相关费用。
进入融合门户http://portal.cumt.edu.cn/，登录财务系统，查看个人缴费情况。欠费的按流程缴清欠费（财务处关于多渠道自主缴纳学费方法的操作指南，请点击查看）。

3. 各相关培养单位、导师应通知所有在读研究生按时完成注册工作。
4. 因故未按时注册学生各培养单位应提交相关材料说明。
5. 不按时注册的研究生，将无法使用研究生培养管理系统，暂停其作为研究生应享受的权利和待遇。

Notice about Registration for Year 2022-2023
To all schools, postgraduate tutors and postgraduates,
According to Article 9 of the Regulations on the Management of Postgraduate Students Status of China University of Mining and Technology, postgraduates should do Online Registration on the Graduate Education System within 2 weeks of the first term. According to Article 10, all costs including tuitions should be fully paid under the relevant regulations during students’ online registration for the first semester every year. To complete the registration for Year 2022-2023, the relevant information is hereby notified as follows:
1. Registration Objects:
Students who normally participate in study (including record-education and non-record education, except suspended postgraduates and students who retained admission qualifications)
2. Registration Time:
August 8—September 5, 2022. The registration system will not re-open, if overdue.
Semester selection in Registration System: the first semester of 2022-2023
3. Registration Requirement :
1） Postgraduate students only need to register once for each school year in the first semester.
2） All costs including tuitions should be fully paid before registration.
Please log on the financial system from the integrated website (http://portal.cumt.edu.cn/) to check the payment and please pay off all the charges according to the payment process. (Note: Introduction to different ways to pay tuitions has been offered by Finance Office)

3) All schools and postgraduate tutors are required to inform postgraduate students in study of semester registration on time.
4) The related schools should submit the relevant explanatory materials of students who can’t register on time for special reasons.
5) Postgraduate students who fail to fulfill the registration on time will be banned from Graduate Education System and their rights of postgraduates will be suspended.
