For all degrees
•A passport photo;
•Copy of passport (the photo page);
•Copy of your final degree transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
•Copy of your final degree certificate (written in Chinese or English);
& Transcripts and degree certificate in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
•HSK-4 certificate (for Chinese-Medium programs if available);
•English language proficiency certificate (for English –Medium Program students from non-English speaking countries)
•Physical exam completed within the last 6 months (should be completed in your home country)
•Bank statement
•A non-criminal / background certificate within the last 6 months issued by your home country’s police
For Masters and PHD programs:
•Research proposal
•Reference letters (from undergraduate or masters university)
•A recommendation letter from CUMT prospective tutor
Notice:
1. The passport should be valid within one year.
2. Documents written in language other than Chinese or English should be submitted with Chinese or English translations. Both original copy and translation copy are required.
3. The physical examination record, the bank statement and the noncriminal certificate should be completed within 6 months.
4. An official bank statement is a proof of financial capacity of studying abroad, and necessary for all applicants. It could be an account statement with detailed transaction records or a deposit statement with a total balance. The amount should at least cover the expense of the first year. The account name could be the applicant or the applicant’s parents, while bank statement from other sponsors should be submitted with a notarized affidavit of financial support.
5. For acceptance/recommendation letter, please refer to the list of supervisors and the sample form. Please provide CV, certificate of graduation and transcript when contacting with supervisors.
