一、本人申请:登录《研究生信息管理系统》∶"其他"—"学籍异动"中填写申请并下载打印《研究生证补办申请表》。

Step 1. Application in person: Log in to the Graduate Student Information Management System: "Other" - "Academic Registration Change". Download and print the "Application Form for Replacement of Graduate Student Card" after completion.


二、学院审核:所在学院研究生教务管理人员审核签字。

Step 2. College audit: Review and sign the application form by the graduate academic affairs administrators of the college.


三、研究生院受理:1.地点:南湖校区行健楼A412。2.办理时间:每学期自开学后第2周至结束前4周,每周四下午13:00-17:00。3.所需材料:学院审核签字的《研究生证补办申请表》和1寸照片一张。

Step 3. Acceptance by Graduate School: 1. Location: A412, Xingjian Building, Nanhu Campus. 2. Processing time: from the 2nd week to 4 weeks before the end of each semester, every Thursday afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00. 3. Required materials: the application form for the replacement of graduate student card signed by the college and a 1-inch photo.
