Transportation guide

(1) School bus

China University of Mining and Technology is in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province—a national historic and cultural city also known as a transportation hub for centuries, with Wenchang and Nanhu campuses. School bus is available for commuting between them. Fare: 1.5RMB per trip.

(2) Public transportation

a. To the railway station (Xuzhou Station):

①Take No. 11(with the attached two routes)/19/199 bus at CUMT bus stop (the West Gate of Wenchang Campus) to Xuzhou Railway Station bus stop. Fare: 2RMB in summer and winter; 1RMB in spring and autumn.

②Take Metro Line 3(to Xiadian) at CUMT Wenchang Campus station(opposite to the North Gate of Wenchang Campus) to Xuzhou Railway Station. Fare: around 2RMB.

③Take a taxi from CUMT Wenchang Campus to Xuzhou Railway Station with the fare of about 15RMB and from Nanhu Campus about 25RMB.

b. To the high-speed railway station (Xuzhou East Station):

①Take No. 72 bus at CUMT bus stop (the West Gate of Wenchang Campus) to Xuzhou East Station. Fare: 2RMB in summer and winter; 1RMB in spring and autumn.

②Take Metro Line 3(to Xiadian) at CUMT Wenchang Campus station(opposite to the North Gate of Wenchang Campus) and transfer to Metro Line 1(to Xuzhou East Railway Station) at Pengcheng Guangchang Station. Fare: around 4RMB.

③Take a taxi from CUMT Wenchang Campus to Xuzhou East Railway Station with the fare of about 40RMB and from Nanhu Campus about 60RMB.

c. To the airport (Xuzhou Guanyin Airport)

①Take airport shuttle bus line 1 at CUMT stop(opposite to the North Gate of Wenchang Campus, at the gate of Zhonghui International Convention Center) to Guanyin Airport with the fare of about 25RMB.

②Take a taxi from CUMT Wenchang Campus to Guanyin Airport with the fare of about 180RMB, from Nanhu Campus about 200RMB.

(1) On campus, Lingfeng Supermarket, Huixuan Supermarket, and Campus Souvenir Supermarket are available to meet the demand of daily necessities, stationery, sports equipment, etc.

(2) Shopping mall or supermarket around the campus

(3) Online shopping: download some Apps (Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD, Suning) on mobile phone, register personal account and bind personal bank card. The following address can be used to collect the parcel: Wenchang Campus of CUMT, Taishan Sub-district, Quanshan District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The package can be collected at Cainiao Yizhan on campus after you get the message.
