休学(保留学籍)双语服务流程(研究生)

一、本人申请:登录《研究生信息管理系统》:"其他"—"学籍异动"中填写并下载打印《申请表》。申请休学条件∶因病、生育、创业。申请保留学籍条件:出国(境)联合培养、入伍。

Step 1. Personal Application:

Log on the Graduate Student Information Management System;

Find and click the column "Other" - "Academic Status Change";

Finish the online application, and then download and print the application form.

The application conditions for suspension of studies: illness, childbirth, or business start-up.

The application conditions for academic status retention: joint training abroad or military recruitment.


二、导师意见:导师同意并在《申请表》中签字。

Step 2. Supervisor's Signature:

The supervisor will sign the application form if he or she approves the suspension.


三、学院审核:所在学院研究生教务管理人员和分管研究生副院长审核签字同意。

Step 3. School Review:

The Graduate Teaching Management Office and the vice dean in charge of graduate students will review and sign the application form.


四、研究生院受理:1.地点∶南湖校区行健楼A412。2.所需材料∶导师和学院审核签字的《申请表》。3.因病休学,需提供二级甲等以上医院诊断确认证明。

Step 4. Acceptance by the Graduate School:

Location: A412, Xingjian Building, Nanhu Campus.

Required documents: the Application Form reviewed and signed by the supervisor and the school.

For suspension of studies due to illness, a certificate of diagnosis and confirmation from a hospital of Grade IIA or above are required.
