退学双语服务流程(研究生)

一、登录《研究生信息管理系统》∶"其他"—"学籍异动"—"学生退学申请管理"中填写并下载打印《申请表》。

Step 1. Personal Application:

Log on the Graduate Student Information Management System;

Find and click the column "Other" - "Academic Status Changes" - "Management of Application for School Withdrawal";

Finish the online application, and then download and print the application form.


二、导师、学院分管院长和研究生教务管理人员审核签字。

Step 2. The application form will be reviewed and signed by the supervisor, the dean in charge of graduate student affairs and the Graduate Teaching Management Office of the school.


三、研究生院受理退学申请,主管领导签字后,出具"离校通知单"。

Step 3. The Graduate School will accept the application, and issue the Notice of Leaving School after the acceptance is approved and signed by the leader in charge. (A412, Xingjian Building, Nanhu Campus)


四、研究生按照"离校通知单"办理离校手续。

Step 4. The applicant should go through the procedures according to the Notice of Leaving School.


五、研究生院收到办理完的"离校通知单"后,出具"退学证明"。

Step 5. After completing all procedures, the Notice of Leaving School will be returned to the Graduate School, which will then issue the Certificate of School Withdrawal to the applicant. (A412, Xingjian Building, Nanhu Campus)


六、研究生凭"退学证明"办理档案转递等其他手续。

Step 6. The applicant shall go through other procedures (such as file transfer) with the Certificate of School Withdrawal.
