复学双语服务流程(研究生)

一、本人申请:登录《研究生信息管理系统》∶"其他"—"学籍异动"—"学生复学申请管理"中填写并下载打印《申请表》。

Step 1. Personal Application:

Log on the Graduate Student Information Management System;

② Find and click the column "Other" - "Academic Status Change" - " Management of Application for Resumption";

③ Finish the online application, and then download and print the application form.


二、导师意见:导师同意并在《申请表》中签字。

Step 2. Supervisor's Signature:

The supervisor will sign the application form if he or she approves the resumption.


三、学院审核:所在学院研究生教务管理人员和分管研究生副院长审核签字同意。

Step 3. School Review:

The Graduate Teaching Management Office and the vice dean in charge of graduate student affairs will review and sign the application form.


四、研究生院受理:1.地点∶南湖校区行健楼 A412。2.所需材料∶导师和学院审核签字的《申请表》。3.因病休学者,须提交二级甲等以上医院的诊断证明,经校医院复查合格,方可申请复学。

Step 4. Acceptance by the Graduate School:

①Location: A412, Xingjian Building, Nanhu Campus.

② Required Documents: the Application Form reviewed and signed by the supervisor and the school.

③ Students who are suspended due to illness must submit a diagnosis certificate from a hospital of Grade IIA or above, and can apply for resumption of Studies only after the university hospital review the diagnosis certificate or confirm their good health.
