Step 3. Materials Review
The Admission Office, the International College, CUMT will review the application materials in the system according to following standards:
the materials are complete and valid as required;
the basic information of applicants meet the application requirements.
Requirements for all applicants
1. Language Proficiency
For English taught programs:
IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 85, Duolingo English Test ≥110
For Chinese taught programs:
HSK 4 ≥ 210
2. Age
Bachelor applicants: no more than 25 years old;
Master applicants: no more than 35 years old;
Doctoral applicants: no more than 40 years old;
GPA requirements for CUMT scholarship applicants:
Class A: GPA≥3.2；
Class B: GPA≥3
（total GPA is 4）
The application will be returned if the materials are incomplete or if the application requirements are not met.
