Our Students Got Good Results in the “Poetry Teaching China” Activity of the Fifth Reading, Writing and Speaking Chinese Classical Works Competition

The recently concluded the “Poetry Teaching China” activity of the fifth reading, writing and speaking chinese classical works competition has officially announced the winners. Our Malaysian student Chia Hui Se got the first prize, while Vietnamese student Van Son Bang secured the second prize. Additionally, two teachers from the Chinese Language Teachers’ Office, Chen Xue and Sun Bing Fang, were recognized as the Excellent Instructors, and the school received the Excellent Organization Prize.

This competition, which is organized by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and the State Language Commission was co-hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation.

In recent years, CUMT has actively promoted the reputation construction of “Study in CUMT”. It organized various activities to share positive stories about China and facilitated exchange programs to enhance the understanding of Chinese civilization among international youths. The school sees this competition as an opportunity to promote Chinese culture, present the beauty of the language, and enhance the love for language and writing among teachers and students. This ultimately improves the quality of talent cultivation and promotes the overall teaching and learning standards.
