一、本人申请:登录《研究生信息管理系统》∶"其他"—"学籍异动"—"延期毕业申请管理"中填写并下截打印《申请表》。
Step 1. Personal Application:
① Log on the Graduate Student Information Management System;
② Find and click the column "Other" - "Academic Status Change" - "Management of Application for Graduation Postponement";
③ Finish the online application, and then download and print the application form.
二、导师意见:导师同意并在《申请表》中签字。
Step 2. Supervisor's Signature:
The supervisor will sign the application form if he or she approves the postponement.
三、学院审核:所在学院研究生教务管理人员和分管研究生副院长审核签字同意。
Step 3. School Review:
The Graduate Teaching Management Office and the vice dean in charge of graduate student affairs will review and sign the application form.
四、研究生院受理:1.申请材料由学院研究生教务管理人员收齐,统一报给研究生院。2.每学期期末2周受理,具体时间安排以每学期的工作安排为准。
Step 4. Acceptance by the Graduate School:
① The application materials will be collected by the Graduate Teaching Management Office of the school and be submitted to the Graduate School;
② The application will be accepted within the last 2 weeks of each semester, and the specific time schedule will be subject to the work schedule of each semester.
