On the afternoon of April 24, Li Honghai, Dean of the International College, and Fang Kun, Vice Dean, led a special inspection on safety and hygiene in student dormitories. They conducted a full-scale inspection of all student apartments, which helped to effectively regulate safety management in student dormitories, consolidate the foundation of campus safety, and create a comfortable living environment.
The leaders went into the international student apartment buildings and dorm rooms, focusing on the use of prohibited electrical appliances and the control of forbidden items. Special inspections were also carried out in the apartment kitchens and laundry rooms, ensuring full coverage with no blind spots or omissions. During the visits, Dean Li Honghai had cordial conversations with students, inquired in detail about their needs in study and daily life, and urged everyone to strictly abide by dormitory management regulations, develop good living habits, and jointly maintain a tidy and orderly living environment.
This inspection effectively identified various potential safety hazards, standardized internal dormitory order, and further strengthened students’safety awareness and civilized literacy. The college will strengthen coordination with logistics, security and other departments, continuously advance the construction of safe, hygienic and civilized dormitories, and provide students with a safe, warm and tidy living environment.
